We should eat low fat food, which are rich
in proteins such as fish, chicken, vegetables,

also do exercise and walking regularly which
keeps our body fit and active which helps
us from tensions and depressions.
Monitor your results
You will not know whether there has been improvement
or everything is according to plan if you
